At Adjustamatic, it matters to us that you are happy and comfortable. That’s why our service will continue long after you’ve received your adjustable bed, mattress or riser recliner chair.

Lifetime aftercare visits for beds and chairs

With any bed or chair you purchase, we offer an optional follow-up visit every two years, completely free of charge. We understand that needs can change over time and this visit is our way of staying in touch to ensure that you are still comfortable, satisfied and aware of how our full product range may be able to support you further.

What does the Adjustamatic aftercare visit involve?

Within two years of your purchase, a friendly member of our team will get in touch to book a convenient time for an optional home visit.

During this visit;

  • They will ensure that you are using it correctly and comfortably to get the very best results.
  • If any issues are flagged at the visit that are covered by your warranty, we will aim to help resolve them and arrange a follow-up.
  • The visit is also an opportunity to explore any additional solutions from our latest product range that may further support your health and comfort needs.

When do you make home visits?

We will only ever come for a home visit when and if you want us to. We understand that you are inviting us into your home, so we organise these visits solely on your availability and convenience.

Our home visits are available 7 days a week, with three slots available at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Each of our advisors cover a few different areas local to them. This means we will almost always be able to get someone out to you at short notice.

Only you will know what feels right and best for you and your health, so buying the perfect bed or chair is a decision that will always be down to your comfort. Home visits help us know if you are unsure about your bed or chair, what you love about it and how we can improve your overall Adjustamatic experience.

At Adjustamatic, we always encourage you to have a friend or family member with you when we visit. Having someone to bounce ideas off can really help you decide on the product that’s right for you when making a purchase. Together, we can make sure your health and comfort are always put first – because that’s what matters.
