Can I use my existing mattress with an adjustable bed?

No, we recommend using a mattress specifically designed to flex and move with an adjustable bed frame. Traditional mattresses made for flat beds may become damaged over time when used with an adjustable frame. That’s why all our adjustable beds come with a compatible mattress included.

How do I choose the right mattress for me?

We will talk you through many factors which can determine the right mattress for you, such as the type of bed frame, your sleeping position, firmness preference, body weight, and any health conditions (e.g., back pain).

How often should I replace my mattress?

We recommend changing your mattress every 7-10 years, depending on material and usage.

How can I make my mattress last longer?

We recommend using a mattress protector, rotate it as per the instructions, and clean it periodically as per the instructions.

How do I clean a mattress?

The fabrics should be vacuum cleaned to remove surface dust and prevent it accumulating, as this causes detrition and dulling of the colours in most fabrics. Alternatively, clean carefully with a soft brush. On no account should any liquids be used to clean the bed as this may damage the electric massage and motion units.
