New bed brought and old one taken away, no fuss. Shown how to use hand remote. Having had previous Adjustamatic for nearly 25 years with excellent service, would not consider any other bed. The actual bed and mattress are so comfortable any way, but add in the bonus of adjusting the bed for watching tv, reading and sleeping, it’s amazing, I sleep right through most nights but should I have to get up the floor lights come on and don’t go off until I get back into bed. I have the massage as well which I use every night and some afternoons, it helps with my arthritic knees and eases the ache in my hip having broken it six months ago, also eases general aches that I suffer with due to getting older 🫢it also looks very nice with a lovely neat headboard and surround. Also the motor is very quiet and smooth, I tried many other beds before settling on this one, highly recommended.
